To make the process of resolving such situations more meaningful, we've introduced our Canvas Art Donation-Refund Policy.

Color Differences

While we strive for accurate color representation, please note that slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor calibrations. Such variations are not eligible for the donation-refund option

You can request to cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Contact us for assistance.

How It Works:

Eligibility for Donation-Refund: Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to donate it instead of returning it to us. To be eligible for a donation and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Donation Process:

  1. Choose a local school, care centre, or other charitable institution that would benefit from your art piece.

  2. Donate the canvas art to the chosen institution.

  3. Take a clear photograph or provide a digital image that shows the art being donated.

  4. Submit contact details and any specific preferences or requirements of the institutions so we can verify them.

  5. Share the story on social media accounts (FB, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms) and use hashtags #iloveMintSuperArt #MintSuperArtCares and tag us.

  6. Upon verifying your donation, we will process a full refund for your purchase. This typically takes 3-5 business days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

First 30 days after receiving your order:

Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you an exchange or refund. We will never require you to mail your items back for returns or exchanges. Returns are always free!

Exchanges are given in the form of store credit to your Great Big Canvas account. The amount of store credit will include the full cost of your items plus the cost of shipping. There are no restocking or return shipping fees to return the original item.

Refunds are processed by refunding the amount paid for your items to your original payment method, excluding the cost of shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
